Information We Collect
Depending on the inquiry form you use, we may collect your name, email address, phone or messaging contact, country or location, time zone, Korean level, learning goal, lesson preference, schedule preference, interests, and message. The booking inquiry also lets you optionally state a payment arrangement to discuss. This preference is not payment authorization.
How We Use Information
We use inquiry information to reply to your request, recommend a Korean lesson path, schedule lessons, prepare materials, and communicate about Ashley Korean Studio.
Email and Messaging
If you contact Ashley, your message may be sent to Ashley Korean Studio email recipients so the inquiry can be answered. If you choose Telegram, you will leave AshleyBaek.com and communicate through Telegram.
When the form offers to prepare an email instead of sending an inquiry, the message is not sent until you send it from your email account. Choosing to copy the message puts it on your device's clipboard.
Payment Safety
The booking inquiry does not collect card details or process payments. Do not include card numbers, security codes, bank passwords, passport details, or other sensitive documents in a message. The booking-guide QR code contains only a public website address, not your inquiry or payment details.
Sharing
We do not sell student inquiry information. Information may be processed by website hosting, email, form, analytics, or communication tools needed to operate the site.
Student Materials
Free public materials are available on the site. Private lesson notes, homework, and progress details should be treated as student information and used only for lesson support.
